1. Cancellation by Customers
- • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.
- • Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- • Rescheduling requests made at least 3 days in advance are accepted without any additional charge, subject to vendor availability.
- • Last-minute rescheduling (less than 72 hours) is subject to a 25% rescheduling fee.
3. Cancellation by Vendors or The Ramani Experience
- • In rare cases where a vendor is unable to fulfill the booking, customers will be notified immediately and offered an alternative or a full refund.
- • If The Ramani Experience has to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- • Custom or personalized services once initiated
- • Booking fees or convenience charges
- • Services marked as "Non-Refundable" during booking
